No. Prestiging resets your gold and gear, not your stats, so K/D is a lifetime figure across every prestige.
›What is a good Pit K/D?
Roughly 1 is average, 2 is good, and anything above 5 is unusual given how often fights get third-partied.
›Why is damage taken so close to damage dealt?
It usually is, for everyone. The gap between the two is a better read than either number alone.
