Privacy and data use

What is stored

  • Public Hypixel stats we have fetched, cached for a few minutes so the site stays inside upstream rate limits, plus a longer-lived stale copy used as a fallback when the upstream is unavailable.
  • An index of usernames that have been looked up, with their headline stats. This powers autocomplete and the leaderboards. It contains nothing that is not already public on a Hypixel profile.
  • Session snapshots: a small set of public counters recorded against a random id when someone starts a session. Nothing identifies who created it.

What is not stored

  • No accounts, passwords or email addresses — there is nothing to sign up for.
  • No tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.
  • No private Minecraft or Hypixel data. Only what the public API returns.
  • Nothing is sold, rented or shared with data brokers.

Local storage in your browser

The session tracker keeps your list of session ids in localStorage so you can return to them. That data never leaves your browser except as the session id in a request you initiate. Clearing site data removes it.

Third parties

Skin renders are requested by your browser from a Minecraft skin render service, which will see your IP address as with any third-party image. Stats come from the Hypixel API or a community proxy over it, requested by our server rather than by your browser — see how this site works.

If you are a player and want your profile removed from the index

The stats are public and Hypixel itself publishes them, so removal does not hide anything. That said, if you want a username dropped from the local index and leaderboards, email [email protected] from an address you can verify against the account and it will be removed. Turning off the relevant fields in your Hypixel API settings stops them appearing anywhere, here included.
